We did a small survey of five close-end questions to establish a quick study of McDonalds related to information system. We used survey monkey website to do the survey. We distributed it online and collect data from 100 respondents. Then we analyze it using EXCEL program and did a pie chart for each question.

These are the results that we found from the survey:
The chart above shows that 89% of the respondents order from McDonalds and 11% don’t order from McDonalds, maybe because they didn’t like McDonald’s food or prefer another restaurant.
This bar chart shows the number of time the people eat from McDonalds. 63% order from McDonalds monthly, and 36% order weekly and only 1% order daily.
The pie chart above measure the time spends in waiting the order to finish. 39% wait only 6-10 minutes which reflect using information system in McDonalds. 35% wait 6-10 minutes which happened in the crowded places. And 24% waiting 11-15 minutes and this is always happened in the malls. Finally, only 2% wait more than 15 minutes.
The bar chart measure the service in McDonalds in specific scale from excellent to poor. 47% said that the service is very good which a very good percentage. And 26% said that is excellent which mean the service satisfy some many customers. Then 19% said that the service is good then 7% are neutral then only 1% said that the service was poor.
The last question asked the respondents about the videos that spread last time of the unhealthy food in McDonalds and we asked them did these videos effect on them toward McDonalds?
34% not affect a lot with these videos, that’s mean although these videos show the bad side of McDonalds but they didn’t take a certain situation toward McDonalds. Then 29% disagree with these videos they still trust McDonald’s food and quality, then 18% strongly agree on these video and believe that McDonald’s food is unhealthy and bad. Then 13% agree on these video. And only 6% strongly disagree on these video and have a high trust on McDonald’s food.
